Most products can be ordered online with a credit card. Navigate to the desired products, then click Add to Cart or Buy Now, and complete the purchase via our secure e-commerce platform. Shipping costs and local sales tax are automatically calculated.

Shipping:

US orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless instructed otherwise. We can also ship Collect for most carriers.

Payment Terms:

• 1% 10 Net 30 days with pre-approved credit
• MasterCard, Visa, American Express
• Electronic transfer (contact us for instructions)
• Orders from outside the US must be prepaid in full

Warranty:

All Mark-10 products are covered by a three (3) year warranty for materials and workmanship. Please see individual statements for further details.

Returns:

All items may be returned within 30 days of shipping. Full credit, less shipping and handling charges will be issued, provided the merchandise is in original condition. If returning an item, request an RMA number from Mark-10 and include a completed copy of our RMA form in the box. RMA forms may be downloaded here.
